The size doesn't fit or you don't like the model? You have 14 days from receipt to exchange or get a refund.
How to return
Three steps

Contact us
Contact us within 14 days of receipt. Give the order number and the reason for the return.

Send the item back
We will agree the address and shipping method. Return shipping by Nova Poshta is paid by the buyer (except in cases of defects).
03
Get a refund or exchange
After we receive and check the item, we refund your card or send the size or model you chose. Takes 1–3 working days.
Conditions
What to keep
- The item is unused: no signs of wear, odours or damage.
- All labels, tags and the original packaging are kept.
- Shoes are returned in the factory box with no scratches on the sole.
- Accessories and jewellery are returned in the original packaging with documents.
- Perfumes and home fragrances cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging is opened. Exception: factory defects.
Good to know
Defects are our responsibility
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, we cover return shipping and resolve it as a priority. Just send a photo of the defect on Instagram or by e-mail.
