- For now only to Nova Poshta branches or parcel lockers. We plan to add courier delivery.
- Can I refuse the parcel?
- Yes. If you changed your mind, simply don't collect the parcel at Nova Poshta. Write to us and we will sort it out.
- Where can I track my parcel?
- SMS with the tracking number will arrive after dispatch. You can also track it on novaposhta.ua.
